You have a relationship with food. That’s right you do. Good or bad you have one and it is time you start to create a real and healthy relationship with food.

To successfully reduce your weight and maintain a healthy body you need to improve your relationship with food.

Come and join me and lets talk about your current relationship with food and how you can create a better and more healthy one. You will also learn how your choice of comfort food is related to your mood.

There are ways of thinking about food that you may find helpful and you have all the resources you need to make the best choices. Food is nourishment, and hunger is the body’s request for nourishment. When you were eating not for nourishment, but for relief or for comfort, you missed out. Come and learn how you can stop that.

We will also talk about cravings and urges and how you can deal with them. You know that trying to ignore or suppress an urge or cravings just does not work and the more you try not to think about not having that, drink or chocolate bar, the more you think about it! All of this starts an internal game of back and forth that leads to lots of internal conflict and the more you resist, the more likely the thought persist and the more likely you are giving in to the craving or urge.
